Light beyond black. Italian artist born in 1971 in Biella and lives in Bologna. Lorenzo, in abslute black, manages to draw luminous strokes capturing existential spaces, seizing fragments of live. In 2019 the Uffizi Gallery in Florence commisioned him to do a self-portrait for its famous collection, collection of great artistic talents that began in the early sevententh century. In 2022 he participated in the 59th Venice Bienale at the Syrian Pavilion povocatively inserting his crucifix inside a birder.
