• We assist with the preparation and conclusion of the preliminary sales agreement and with the preparations for the notarial deed of sale.

• If required, we can also assist with clearing the property and organising your move.

Discreet marketing

If you prefer, we can market your property discreetly without any public advertising. Through our own client base and professional property network, we can present your property directly to selected prospective buyers without it appearing publicly on property portals or on our website.

Cooperation with other agents

We are also happy to work with other estate agents and share the commission in the event of a successful sale. This means your property can also be presented to prospective buyers who are searching exclusively through another agent.

Exclusive instruction  

There are two forms of exclusive instruction:

Sole agency: During the agreed period, no other estate agent may be instructed to market the property. You may, however, still sell the property directly to a buyer yourself.

Sole selling rights: During the agreed period, the sale is handled exclusively through us.

An exclusive instruction offers several advantages:

1. You have one point of contact throughout the entire sales process.

2. We can manage the marketing of your property in a coordinated way and achieve the right balance between visibility and exclusivity.

3. Sole agency or sole selling rights gives us greater flexibility in presenting your property effectively. Without sole selling rights, another agent or a prospective buyer may be able to identify the property from photographs, location information or other details and contact you directly. In such cases, we therefore have to be more selective about the information we publish.

With an exclusive instruction, however, we can use photographs, location information and other details in the way that is most effective for the marketing of your property, while of course taking your individual needs into account.
